My client have offshored some of their applications. Some of the activities relating to this are centralised at their offices in Luxembourg.

This role supports the contract management office with the following activities relating to the outsourcing:

Follow up contractual KPIs and support/execute/follow escalations.
Identify potential additional indicators leading to improve the service
Measure and take actions to improve the satisfaction of customers
Ensure that the governance is correctly implemented
Compile indicators and build dashboards to synthetize the situation on the relationship, the actions aiming to improve its efficiency.
Construction of an analytical template related to the invoicing and reinvoicing aiming to ensure a perfect matching between services ordered related invoices from service provider and re-invoicing of subsequent services to the entities consuming them across Europe.
Prepare periodic reports allowing a better understanding of the usages, trends, gaps, areas of improvement across the organization or in a specific area.
Conduct regular reports analysis to identify potential gaps, inconsistencies; identify root cause and propose remediation actions.
User management of the external consultants from the suppliers.
Onboarding & Offboarding of external resources (administrative tasks, interface with supplier and with Teams): creation and management of userid, profiles in the internal time tracking tools

Supervise the end of months closing activities to ensure that onboarding/offboarding of resource who left was complete and to ensure that invoicing cots match with timesheet tracking Support team and participate to other projects or recurrent activities related to the contract management role of the central team

Mandatory skills:
Master Previous experience with service contracts and/or offshoring is a key success factor
Superior MS-Excel skill (data management, formulas, validation etc.) is a must
Experience in reporting tools (tableau S/W, PowerBi, BO) and database concepts is a plus
Advanced analytical skills
Precision and attention to details
Fluent in English. French would be a plus
Ability to work within a Team
Experience in a multi-cultural/international environment
Ability to navigate through our complex organization
High communication skills and very good interpersonal skills.
English speaking French nice to have.

Contract position initially 6 months. Option to go permanent
