One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a SAP HR Payroll Consultant.

Description:

– Lead the activities on the interfaces of a Legacy ECC HCM system to a new greenfield S/4 ERP.

– Customizing, interfaces design & Follow Up, test strategy.

– Gathering requirements and customize/build the HR (and specifically payroll) module in a S/4 greenfield context where the environment includes a payroll system on a Legacy SAP + a HR Oracle platform for master data and talent management.

FR Required for the role:

Tâches:

– Identification et Analyse des différents impactes d’une architecture distribuée sur le cycle Paie existant.

– Analyse, Spécification et Paramétrage des demandes d’évolution.

– Sécuriser la phase de transition (Pre et Post Paie) lors des différents roll outs pays.

– Migration et l’Evolution des systèmes de paie SAP RH.

– Contexte PAIE Canada est un vrai plus.

– Gérer des ateliers avec différents type d’interlocuteurs (RH; FI, CO)
