Blue-chip client is urgently looking for a SAP Success Factors PMGM Consultant for Gothenburg Sweden- English speaking – 6 month contract

Description:   SAP Successfactors PMGM Consultant:

• At least 4-10 years of relevant experience in Success Factors PMGM, good to have certification in SF PMGM.
• At least two End to End Implementation in PMGM • Should have Conducted a Workshop for Requirement Gathering in PMGM.
• Should have complete knowledge on configuring complete PMGM in SF.
• Setting up a DEMO System for client.
• Followed the Bizxpert Methodology ( Define, Prepare, Execute & Launch) • Maintaining the documentation and responsible for requirements final sign off.
• Configuration Workshops, Configuration Iterations • Configured different goals ( SMART) • Should have working knowledge on PMGM workbooks.
• Defined Competencies.
• Defined performance evaluation parameters • Defined Strategic goals, Individual goals and worked on goal Cascading.
• Should have worked in 360 degrees appraisal.
• Defined employee hierarchy for workflow management.
